This is the center stage to our ERP solutions. This system is available as stand alone system and also closely integrated to our other products. This system provides detailed financial and analytical MIS for all levels of organizational hierarchy. The easy to use GUI enables multiple declarations of voucher types, thus accommodating current accounting practices for any organization.
The coding structure for accounts definition is kept static (i.e. 3-level) for standardization purposes. This gives flexibility for a combination of one billion digits which fulfills the requirement of even large organizations. However, dynamic code structure definition is under consideration and will be available in the next version of release.
The system also gives support for multi-company accounting practices and can operate on a wide area network.
